Media4D 2014 offers two partnership options. We are also open to other partnership models and would be delighted to assist in the development of a tailored package for your organization if you need further opportunities to suit your promotional activities or marketing objectives.
Partnership Base:
Conference partners contribute financially to the organisation of the Conference, according the type and size of their organisation, and can be negotiated (without taxes).

The name and the logo of the Conference partners will appear on the conference programme that will be distributed to all participants, and on a specific Web page on the Conference Web Site. This page will provide links to the Conference partners Web Sites. The Conference partners can provide flyers that will be distributed to participants. The Conference partners will receive invitations for 2 persons.

The name and the logo of the Conference sponsors will appear on the conference programme that will be distributed to all participants, and on a specific Web page on the Conference Web Site. This page will provide links to the Conference partners Web Sites. A short presentation of their activity in relation to e-Accessibility will be included in the conference material. The logos will also be displayed on banners located in the welcome area of the conference.
The Conference partners can provide flyers that will be distributed to participants and will be offered the possibility to demonstrate accessibility solutions during the lunch break (90 minutes break). The Conference partners will receive invitations for 3 persons.
